The clearer Picture

I remember when I was in the junior secondary school some few years back, we had to wake up early to do our portions(of work) in order to make it early for the dinning hall and just in time for the assembly. Some mornings especially those harmathan seasons were so hazy and cold that one could barely see 2 meters ahead but we were still supposed to do all our chores and get out of the  hostel the same time as other days or enjoy being punished and forfeiting your breakfast.

But you know what, that period of every year never lasted too long. We find out that we wake up one morning and the day is so clear and we can see our class rooms from our dorms.

Then as we went further and became senior secondary students we realized in geography that all that happened then where times and seasons.

There are various times and seasons in the lives of everyone upon the face of the earth. A time to be born and a time to time, a time to plant and a time to pluck up, a time to kill and a time to heal, a time to tear down and a time to build, a time to weep and a time to laugh, a time to embrace and a time to refrain, a time to mourn and a time to dance, a time to get and a time to lose, a time to speak and a time to be silent, a time to marry and a time to be single, a time for everything. On this day of “Good Friday” is a time to reflect on our lives. A time to see through the hazziness of the times and still accomplish much. The time to mourn is past because in remembering this day we celebrate the clarity and brightness that was brought into our lives. There was a time when darkness shaped our lives and now the time when light beamed on it.

We might be in a time of making serious life decisions and there’s a need to take giant strides and a leap of faith is needed but all we are counting on is God’s clearer picture. That’s what today is about. Because He is always ready to take away the hazz just in time in its season.

Find out what season of your life you are in and what you are expected to be doing now. What you are into, is it part of the clearer picture of God’s plan or some hazy plan of yours? What you are chasing, hope it’s not the wind, a waste of time?

Are you in a time when u don’t seem to understand what God is doing in your life? Rest in His love because this hazz will pass and God’s clearer picture will be in just view.

This day we remember the death of Jesus, we should always remember Jesus saw God’s clearer picture and was obedient to death even death on the cross and today, He is in glory. Debate it or not you are part of God’s clear picture.
